Avoid frequent shutdown of the pump using the drive coupling; if there is no other solution,
make sure that the drive coupling is re-engaged at low speed.

Initially run the cold pump at low speed.

Avoid the formation of a vacuum in the suction paths - there is a possibility of rupture of the
diaphragms!

The suction filter must always be well cleaned.

The main cock between tank and pump must not be closed.

There must be no foreign bodies in the suction hoses.

After each tank filling, check the entire suction paths to avoid clogging the pump inlet.

Symptoms of diaphragm rupture - oil loss from the pump or emulsion formation in the oil
expansion tank -

shut down the machine immediately and repair the pump

Calibration of the flow meter

Calibrate the flow meter at least once a year.

Always calibrate the flow meter:

- After disassembly of the flow meter
- after prolonged operation, as chemical residues may be deposited on the flow meter

- if there isa difference between the actual and the calculated application rate

Calibrate the flow meter separately for water and DAM 390

Calibrate the flow meter according to the instructions for the particular type of computer.
