11.2 Flushing of distribution lines
If the sprayer is equipped with pneumatic shut-off of individual nozzles, hoses are attached to the
end of the nozzle lines and connected to the tank.
These return lines are automatically closed by a valve on the tank when the main sprayer switch on
the control panel is switched on and the nozzles spray.
After the spraying process has been switched off, the return lines are opened and the liquid from
the lines is returned to the tank.
Thanks to the pipe flushing system, it is possible to flush the stainless steel pipes with clean water
without spraying.
It is also possible to bring the spray liquid up to the nozzle before a new spraying process begins.
This reduces the error at the beginning of spraying, when only clean water can flow out of the
nozzle and only after a while the finished spray liquid.
11.3 Flushing and residue emptying of the spray tank
Even after complete suction by the pump, technical residues remain in the tank. These residues
must be diluted 10-fold so that the clean water tank must be full for rinsing.
Once spraying is interrupted because the tank has been emptied:

Switch the main syringe switch to "Stop".
- Stop.
- Reduce the motor speed (recommended shaft speed approx. 250 rpm).
- Set the 5-way tap to "Flushing the tank".
- Open the fresh water supply.
- If the sprayer is equipped with a 2nd agitator, this can be switched on briefly.
- Switch the 5-way tap briefly to "Mix" and "Eco-Mixer" during rinsing.
After a short time, the clean water tank is emptied and the pump, the filters, the agitator, the control
unit and the main tank are rinsed. For thorough cleaning (as with a product change), solvent or
neutralizing agent must be filled into the tank and the sprayer must be rinsed thoroughly over a
longer period of time (the recommendations of the crop protection agent manufacturer must be
observed).
