Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting the Lighting Tower

If the lighting tower will not operate

1

Check that the lighting tower is plugged in.

2

From the 

Tools

 menu, click the 

Machine IO

 folder. 

3

Activate all the lights: select any green, amber, or red light 
and press the space bar to activate it. Press the space bar 
again to deactivate.

4

Check that the PLC is operating.

5

Check that the connector is intact and undamaged.

6

Check the LEDs.

7

Check the wiring.
