WAARSCHUWING!

Wanneer de pomp wordt gebruikt voor het pompen van brandbare, giftige of
radioactieve gassen, moeten de procedures worden gevolgd die speciaal
voor elk type gas zijn opgesteld. Gebruik de pomp niet in aanwezigheid van
explosieve gassen. De pomp is voor het verpompen van stikstof, argon en
lichtere gassen ontworpen. Indien de noodzaak bestaat om zwaardere
gassen dan argon te pompen, wordt u verzocht om voor informatie contact op
te nemen met de Technische Service van Agilent.
