About this topic
This topic lists the new models and features that are described in this
revision of the
PlateLoc User Guide .
New features
This revision of the user guide describes a new PlateLoc model, the Gas-
Purging PlateLoc. The Gas-Purging PlateLoc uses argon to displace air
(containing moisture and oxygen) from the plate. The effect protects the
plate contents from hydration and oxidation.
