Post Run Data screen
Purpose: To view information on a protocol run, including the sample names, number of PCR
cycles, sample type, labware serial numbers, and audit trail. The screen has four tabs: Run Setup,
Run Info, Labware Info, and Audit Trails.
To open: From the Home screen, press
Post Run Data
. On the
, use the
browser to locate and select the XML file for the protocol run of interest, then press
Open
. Press
the individual tabs on the Post Run Data screen (Run Setup, Run Info, Labware Info, or Audit
Trails) to display different types of information on the run.

The Run Setup tab contains information pertaining to the setup of the selected protocol run,
including the names of the samples processed in the run.
