Press this softkey to display a menu of choices for internal data
generation (pseudorandom bit patterns, fixed 4-bit repeating sequences,
set patterns of ones and zeroes, standard-specific patterns) for framed
transmission. You can choose to supply your own data (download a
binary file or input data using the DATA INPUT connector).

Default Values

• EDGE: PN9

• Other Formats: PN23
