Options and Measurement Personalities

Option 252: Retrofit EDGE to Existing GSM
Measurement Personality

This option is only available as a retrofit kit (E4406AU Option 252) for
instruments that are already licensed to use the GSM mode Option
BAH.

Provides EDGE (8PSK modulation) transmitter measurements:

EVM
power vs. time
output RF spectrum

Provides GSM (GMSK modulation) transmitter measurements:

power vs. time
phase and frequency error
output RF spectrum

transmit band spurs

And general transmitter measurements:

transmit power
spectrum (frequency domain)
waveform (time domain)

It includes the EDGE (w/GSM) Measurement Guide and Programming
Commands manual.

Option 0B1: Additional Copy of Manuals

Adds an additional copy of the standard manual set, which includes the
User’s Guide, the Programming Guide, and Specifications manuals.
