They should be removed once the AIC is installed and
configured.
2. Attach the power and network connections (see figure a).
3. Turn on the AIC.
Setup the IP Address on the AIC
Like all network devices, the AIC needs an IP address to
identify itself on the network. The AIC is shipped already
configured for DHCP. If using DHCP, you may proceed to the
next section. Contact your network administrator if you aren‟t
sure.
If using a static IP address instead of DHCP, you will need to
do the following:
9. Select Start > Control Panel >Network Connections
10. Right Click on 'Local Area Connection‟
11. Press the 'Properties' button
12. Highlight 'Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and press
'Properties'
13. Fill in the values provided by your network
administrator.
