1. Click Start > Control Panel > Printers and Faxes.
2. Click Add a printer.
3. When the Add Printer Wizard starts, follow the prompts to
install and configure the printer.
If you need a driver disk, insert it in the drive of another computer
of the network, share that drive, and browse to that share from the
AIC.
Note
In order to export Advanced Reports, a printer
must be configured on the AIC where the
export is performed.
Step 8. Change the administrator’s password
Although not necessary to the operation of the AIC, you may wish
to change the administrator‟s password on the device. To do so,
perform the following steps:
1. Click Start . Right-click My Computer , and click Manage.
2. On the console tree, click System Tools followed by Local
Users and Groups and then click Users.
3. Right-click the administrator and then select Set Password.
4. Type the new password and confirm it, then click OK .
Step 9. Set time, date, and regional settings
1. Select Start followed by Control Panel and select Date and
Time .
2. Specify the date, time, and time zone. Close the window.
3. Check that the time is set correctly, as changing the time zone
may reset the time.
4. For regions outside the United States, choose Regional and
Language Options.
