Indicates a sweep has begun, has been aborted, or has been 
completed. Note that some actions may involve several sweeps. 
Wait for a TriggerProgress event to determine when the action is 

complete.

Parameters

progress - Indicates a measurement has begun, completed, or 
aborted.

etestType - Indicates the type of test

eTriggerMode - Indicates the subset the event resides in. 
(Normalization, Measurement, ModBias, DriftMonitor, Length)

TLSSettlingProbability
(ByVal dTimeRemaining As Double, ByVal eProbability As 
enumTLSSettlingProbability)

Indicates the estimated time until the next laser settling begins.

The PDLA relies on the tunable laser to provide high resolution 
and dynamic range. The laser has a mechanically tuned cavity 

that is sensitive to temperature change, requiring the laser to 
track the internal temperature and occasionally perform a 
correction. Under normal temperature conditions, the status 

message may show 120 minutes as the estimate. This status 
message is updated every minute. 

Parameters

dTimeRemaining - Indicates the time remaining until the next 

TLS Settling. Time is in minutes.

eProbability - The probability of a TLS Settling being performed.
