The :MEASure:FALLtime command displays the on-screen fall time
measurement.

Query

:MEASure:FALLtime? [{CHANnel1 | CHANnel2}]

The :MEASure:FALLtime? query returns the fall time.

Returned Format

<value>

Time from the upper threshold time to the lower threshold time.

Note: the value returned can contain a “<“ character, so it is best to read this
value as a string.
