Prepare Ladder
a
Aliquot a minimum of 3 µL DS12 Ladder
into the first tube/well.

Prepare sample
a
Mix 6 µL DS12 loading buffer
with 2 µL DNA sample by vortex for 5 s.
Spin down to position the sample at the bottom of the tube/well.

N O T E
The TapeStation will load from a minimum of 3 µL.
The sample must be placed at the bottom of the tube or well for sample loading and must
not contain any air bubbles.
N O T E
The Ladder must be used with every instrument run and selected to load into the first
available ScreenTape lane.
N O T E
Only Agilent Technologies provided ladder and loading buffers must be used with the
Agilent 2200 TapeStation ScreenPlex System.
N O T E
A final concentration of 1 – 30 ng/fragment double stranded DNA should be used, not
exceeding 75 ng in total, to achieve the maximal performance.
