PPMC PCA Removal/Replacement
To Remove PPMC PCA
1 Remove top clamshell (M2), refer “To Remove Top Module
Cover" on page 94

Remove rear panel module (M5), refer to “To Remove Rear Panel
Module" on page 97
3 Remove screws (C1) that secure the PPMC PCA (C2) onto the
motherboard

Remove EMI bracket (C3) and RFI strip (C4)

PPMC PCA (C2) can now be removed
To Replace PPMC PCA
1 Press fit the PPMC PCA (C2) onto the motherboard carefully.
2 Place EMI bracket (C3) on top of the PPMC PCA
3 Secure the parts with screws (C1)
4 Stick RFI strip (C4) on EMI bracket (C3)
5 Replace rear panel module, refer to “To Replace Rear Panel
Module" on page 98

Replace to clamshell, refer “To Replace Top Module Cover" on
page 94
