CUSTOM GRILLE FACIA AND DOOR PANELS

Step #1: Remove the Doors

Remove the top door:

Loosen the set screw in the bullit cap with a

⁄

" hex

key and remove the bullit cap from the hinge pin by

sliding off. There are 4 bullit caps to remove altogether,

1 at the top hinge, 2 at the center hinge, and 1 at the

bottom hinge. Remove all 4 and set aside parts for later

reassembly.

2. Loosen

⁄

" Hex Nut underneath the top hinge with a

⁄

open end wrench, unscrew completely from the hinge

pin. See Figure 24.

3. Make sure the door is supported, and remove the hinge

pin from the cabinet hinge with a flat bladed screw

driver.

Carefully lift the door off the center hinge.
