7 - MAINTENANCE

Every 500 hours

Replace clutch oil and filter

Change the oil as follows:

1. Remove the drain plug

(1)

from the valve

(2)

in the

bottom of the clutch reservoir. The reservoir is located
next to the engine on the feed table side.

2. Drain the oil from the reservoir. The reservoir holds

approximately

76 L

(

20 US gal

) .

3. Close the drain valve and re-install the drain plug. Dis-

pose of used oil properly.

4. Remove the fill/breather cap

(1)

on the reservoir and fill

to the full mark

(2)

. Fill with

OBIL

oil only. Do not

over fill.

Change clutch filter as follows:

1. Clean the area around the filter

and filter head

(2)

The filter is located on the side of the engine frame on
the feed table side and toward the rear of the bagger.

2. Remove the filter from the filter head.

3. Lightly oil the filter o-ring with clean

oil. Fill

the filter with clean

OBIL

oil and install on to the

filter head. Tighten 1/2 turn after initial contact. Do not
over tighten.
