7 Troubleshooting
Table 4 shows typical problems that occur when connecting and configuring the
device and possible solutions.

1 The device does not
turn on The outlet to which the
device is connected is off
the line or defective. The
mains cable or the mains
plug is damaged. Filter
has reached the end of its
service life Check the mains voltage
or make sure the outlet is
in a good condition.
Check the integrity of the
mains plug and cable.
Make sure that the
"FILTER" button is not
blinking
2 Dust is poorly
removed There are obstacles
preventing air intake or
exhaust Check whether the
surface of the filter is not
clogged, the packaging
has been removed, and
the unit is not blocked by
curtains or furniture
3 The device emits a
loud noise during its
operation The device is tilted.
Foreign objects got into
the fans Check to see if the
device's body is tilted or if
there is anything stuck in
its fan blades. If the noise
is still too loud, try
reducing the speed of the
device with the
"SPEED
MID" button. Use the
"SLEEP" mode to operate
the device at night
4 Filter replacement
