SIMM memory modules
At the left side of the card (away from the mounting plate) are the
SIMM (Single In-line Memory Module) sockets which hold the
card’s DRAM memory. The sockets are arranged into two banks as
follows: each pair of 72-pin SIMM-sockets is one bank (the left pair
is Bank 0 and the right is Bank 1).
