10.2.1. 

Micro Bluetooth Adapter and Service USB 

A Bluetooth option is available for the DLT-V83. The Micro Bluetooth Adapter required is already 

integrated into the Service USB interface under the antenna cap.  

 

NOTICE: Physical damage 

A plug connector with increased pull-out force was used for the service USB to meet the specific 

shock and vibration requirements. 

 

Exercise special care when removing and re-inserting the micro Bluetooth adapter! 

 

 

10.3. 

SIM card slot 

For the optional WWAN to function, the DLT-V83 must be equipped with a Mini SIM card.  

A SIM card slot is provided for this purpose under the antenna cap of the device.  

 

Inserting/removing the Mini SIM card 

 

Press the unlocking pin next to the SIM card slot. 

The SIM card slot opens and extrudes slightly from the device. 

 

Pull the SIM card tray completely out of the device. 

The SIM card can now be inserted or removed. 

 

Carefully push the SIM card tray in again. 

 

NOTICE

:  

 

Push in the SIM card tray exactly at the location provided. Otherwise, there is a risk of the 

tray and Mini SIM card dropping into the device when pushing in the tray.
