Clear CMOS Connector (JCMOS1, JME1)

Setting jumper of JCMOS1 from pin 1-2 to pin 2-3,then back to pin 1-2 to reset
CMOS data. Default setting of JME1 jumper is pin 1-2. Setting jumper of JME1 from
pin 1-2 to pin 2-3 to enable ME update.
