DVI-I / DP Connector (DVI_D1, DP1)

The AIMB-225 includes one DP++, which can support DP outputs and convert to
HDMI through DP-to-HDMI cables, and one DVI-I, which can drive conventional VGA
and DVI-D display interfaces. Pin assignments for DP++ and DVI-I are detailed in
Appendix B.
