3.6.4
Tie the Cables
Lay one of the cable ties into the bottom of the
slot in the back of the top cover.
Insert the Jet Pressure line on top of the cable
tie.
Insert the heater/solenoid cable on top of the
Jet Pressure line. Loop the solenoid wires if
necessary to avoid crimping.
Thread the tie around cables and fasten.

Tuck the Cables
Trim the cable at the fastener as shown and
press the trimmed end firmly into the top
cover slot.
Carefully tuck the wires and connectors into
the lower portion of the top cover.

Position Heater Block Cable
Position the heater block cables so they pass
through the mounting plate groove.

Attach the Mounting Plate
Use the alignment pins
to position the mounting
plate. Check that the
cables are not pinched.
Apply Loctite 242 to the
tips of the screws and
attach to the jet back
(3 mm).
