TERMINAL MENU STRUCTURE
The ATLAS 550 uses a hierarchical menu structure to provide access to all of
its features. The top-most menu level leads to submenus which are grouped
by functionality. All menu items display in the terminal window. To access
the Octal and Quad FXO Modules, activate the
M
ODULES
menu. The Octal
and Quad FXO Modules display as FXO-8 under T
YPE

The ATLAS 550 system controller automatically detects the presence of the
Octal and Quad FXO Modules when they are installed in the system. To see
the menus for the Octal and Quad FXO Modules via the terminal menu, use
the arrow keys to scroll to the
M
ODULES
menu and press
Enter
to access the
module choices. Figure 3-1 shows the M
ODULES
menu (see also the menu
tree in Figure 3-2 on page 3-3). The following sections describe all the M
OD
-
ULES
menu options.
