The object’s center point does not
appear in the exact center of the
object.

The center point of an object is defined
by the center of an object’s bounding
box. Since the direction lines on a given
point are considered part of the object,
they can make the bounding box larger
than the actual object if they extend
beyond the visual edge of the object.
When a point’s direction lines extend
beyond the visual edge of an object, the
center point will not appear in the visual
center of the object and will be offset to
one side.
