In the PDF Preview, do either of the following:
• Select an existing comment.
•
Click to create a new comment.
4 In the text box of the PDF Commenting Inspector, view or edit the comment.
To quickly view a comment, simply place the pointer over it.
To hide PDF comments
❖ In the View palette, deselect Show Annotations to hide all comments or Show Text Annotations to hide only text
comments.

Editing PDF link regions
With the PDF link editor, you can use GoLive to create, move, resize, and delete link regions in any existing PDF file.
You can also specify link destinations such as web pages, HTML anchors, PDF pages, and PDF bookmarks. When
you’ve finished editing links, you can test them by using the PDF Preview tab.
You can manage PDF links with the same site management tools used for HTML links, including the In & Out Links
palette. (See “Changing all site URLs or links at once” on page 232.)
To link from an HTML file to a PDF bookmark, use the Edit PDF Anchor option. (See “To create an anchor link to
a PDF bookmark” on page 172.)
