In the Paragraph Designer, display the Pagination properties.

In the Format area, select Side Head Alignment and click Update All. (If FrameMaker
7.0 notifies you that some paragraphs use format overrides, click Remove Overrides.)
Heading2 paragraphs move into the side-head area.

Display the Default Font properties.

Change the Family to Myriad-Roman (Windows) or Myriad (Mac OS and UNIX) and
the Size to 10, and click Update All.
Finally, you’ll add some space between the Heading2 paragraphs and the preceding
body text.

Change the Space Above to 20 and the Space Below to 0, and click Update All.
