Cooling Requirements
The CPU, Graphics Memory Controller Hub (Northbridge), I/O
Controller Hub (Southbridge), and voltage regulators are the main
sources of heat on the board. The ReadyBoard 850 is designed to
operate at its maximum CPU speed of 2.26GHz. The Northbridge
and Southbridge require heatsinks, and the CPU requires a heat-
sink with a fan.
