Connectors and Jumpers

2.2 Jumper Settings

The NuPRO-851 is designed for maximum flexibility with as few
jumpers as possible. Most of the configuration options can be
selected through the BIOS menu. However, two options still need
to be configured by jumpers.

2.2.1 BIOS Write Protection Jumper (JP1)

2.2.2 Clear CMOS Jumper (JP2).

The CMOS RAM data for real time clock (RTC) contains the date /
time and password information. The button cell battery powers the
CMOS when the system is powered off.
