BEFORE USE
• Wash the lid (1), seal (2), stirrer (5)
and bowl (7) in warm soapy water
and dry thoroughly.
USE
• Pour 100 ml milk, 100 ml whipping
cream and 3 tablespoons of sugar
into the bowl (7) and stir.
• Insert the bowl into the cooling unit
(6).
• Fit the seal (2) and stirrer (5) onto the
shaft of the motor unit. Make sure the
stirrer engages correctly.
• Place the lid with the motor unit on
the appliance.
• Connect the appliance to the power
supply and plug the power supply in.
• Switch the appliance on at the control
panel (10). Press the button for soft
ice cream (12) to lightly freeze the ice
cream or the button for firm ice cream
(11) to freeze the ice cream harder.
• The appliance starts and the ice
cream is ready within 1-2 hours,
depending on the quantity and the
setting selected.
• Once the ice cream is ready, turn off
the appliance by pressing the on/off
button (13).
• Lift off the lid with the stirrer and serve
the ice cream.
CLEANING
• Always clean the appliance immedi-
ately after use.
• Unplug the appliance before cleaning
it.
• Clean the motor unit and the cool-
ing unit by wiping them with a damp
cloth. A little washing-up liquid can
be added if the appliance is heavily
soiled. The motor unit and cooling unit
must never be immersed in water.
Make sure that no water gets into
them.
• All other parts can be washed in
lukewarm water and a little detergent.
Dismantle all parts and clean them
separately. All parts must be com-
pletely dry before the appliance is
assembled and used again.
• Ensure the appliance is clean and dry
before storage.
• Never use abrasive detergents or
solvents.
