PARTS DIAGRAM:
1. Place brass mesh plate onto the bottom wire
groove.
2. Screw brass mesh plate onto the top of wire base
using the screw and screw driver.
3. Place the rubber pad onto middle of brass mesh
plate so it will sit between the brass and black
mesh plates.
4. Place black mesh plate onto rubber pad and fix it
by screwing on the knurled screw part.
5. Install the bulb (Not Included) by screwing it
into the socket. Refer to the label on the lamp
socket for maximum wattage information.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one
blade is wider than the other) as a feature to
reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will
fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug
does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug.
If it still does not fit, contact a qualified
electrician. Never use with an extension cord
unless plug can be fully inserted.
DO NOT ALTER THE PLUG.
