Conditions which clear the error register
•
When the power is turned on.
•
When “*CLS” is executed.
•
The error register is not cleared by executing “*ERR?”.

ON: Sets to 1 if the result of the ZERO execution contains an error.

ON: Sets to 1 when the sensor is disconnected.

ON: Sets to 1 if the sum of the data, which is read from the sensor, contains an error.
An incompatible sensor is connected.

ON: Sets to 1 if the power is turned on and any of the following self test errors occur.
ROM sum check error
RAM read/write error
Calibration data sum check error
Setting parameter sum check error

ON: Sets to 1 if an error occurs at the AD conversion.

ON: Sets to 1 if an error occurs at the USB communication.
