Installer Check

Whenever installing or removing units from the HMS-358 chassis, be sure to wear an
antistatic wrist strap and connect it to the ESD strap input.

Verify that fuses are removed from fuse panel.

Remove the panel on the lower right-hand corner of the backplane by removing the two screws that
secure it (use a No. 1 Phillips).
