Firmware Updates

The best method to perform firmware updates is through SensorView, using the nCOMKIT. Firmware update is

performed in the Updates page of the SensorView using the following steps:

Navigate to the Updates page.

Select nDTC units to be updated.

Confirm that the firmware to be updated is greater than what you have.

•

The number in the “New FW#” section should be greater than the number in the “V#” section.

Click the “Update Firmware” button to initiate the firmware update process.

•

Estimated firmware update time is 20 minutes per nDTC – when updating through nCOMKIT
