Decommissioning and disposal

Sequence of stopping - dismantle automatic antiflood protection system:

1.    Pull  Euro plug of control out of power socket; make sure it cannot be re-inserted.

2.   Switch off control manually (

  chapter 4.5.5)

3.   Dismantle pressure hose and motor supply cable from control

4.   Dismantle backflow stop

5.     Connect pipelines expertly

10.4 Disposal

The automatic antiflood protection system partly consists of recyclable materials. 

CAUTION

 Improper disposal endangers the environment. Regional disposal regula-

tions have to be observed.

Dispose of operating seal and emergency seal (2-component part) by means of 
waste treatment

Separate all steel components and recycle as steel scrap.

Separate all rubber components and recycle.

Separate all plastic components and recycle.

Separate control and electric motor and recycle as electronic scrap.
