Installation

6.3.2 Installation in the base plate (with shaft system)

Working steps:

£

Apply subbase (e. g. sand) to ground.
Insert backflow stop in flow direction
and align horizontally.

CAUTION:

Do not install backﬂ ow stop tilted - neither sidewards nor towards front or

back. Functional parts (operating seal, emergenc seal, cover etc.) may not be polluted by
construction material and thus affected in its function.

Connect pipelines according to
respective layout instructions (plastic,
steel, cast iron or stoneware), drop in
height = 12 mm.

£

Continue subbase (e. g. sand) over
pipe upper edge.
