3 Transport and storage
This chapter holds information on correct transport and accurate storage of backflow
stop.
Supply unit
The backflow stop mounted at our works and the loose
components are delivered packed in a carton. At the carton's
side surfaces is a transport/storage notice. At the top face,
there is a notice how to open the carton.
Translation: Nicht werfen = Do not throw!
Elektrogeräte = Electric appliances!
Scope of supply/chapter 4.1.
3.1 Safety during transport and storage
During transport and storage, the following risks may occur:
BEWARE
Read the following safety notes thoroughly prior to transport or storage. In the case of
misuse, light or medium injuries may occur.
Make sure that transport and storage personnel have required qualification,
chapter 2.2.
Light crushes in the case of objects falling down

3.2 Storage
CAUTION An improper storage or missing conservation may lead to damage of
automatic antiflood protection system.

Store automatic antiflood protection system in a closed, dry, dustproof and
frostfree room.
Q
Avoid temperatures outside the range of +1°C to +40°C.
