Installation Instructions 

6.1  Terminal Connections 

The following sections describe and illustrate the terminal connections of each meter in the 
SGM3000 Series Meter family. 

 

Terminal Block  

The SGM3000 Series meters have several terminal block configurations. The terminal block can 
be accessed by removing the terminal cover.

Single Phase Terminal Arrangements 

The single phase meters of the SGM3000 Series Meter family are in various configurations and 
have a range of terminal blocks specific to each meter. 

All SGM3000 single phase meter configuration conforms to both British Standard Institute (BS) 
and Deutsches Institut für Normun (DIN) specifications. 

6.1.2.1 SGM3011 Terminals 

The SGM3011 meters include two line and two neutral terminals. 

The SGM3011 single phase meters are available in four terminal arrangements. The terminals 
lie along the same horizontal alignment when viewing the meter terminal block from the 
bottom of the meter.
