Removing a DIMM

1.

To release the system memory, press down and out on the levers on both sides of the DIMM socket, and 
then lift the memory to remove it.

2.

Gently pull the DIMM out of the socket.

NOTE: The system automatically detects the amount of memory installed.  Run Setup to view the new value 

for total system memory and make a note of it.
