2.3 Installing and Removing Storage Devices
The housing supports one 3.5-inch and three 5.25-inch internal storage devices.
The empty drive bays on the upper front panel allow you to install additional
drives, such as an extra CD-ROM or hard disk drive or a tape drive.
Your system comes with a CD-ROM drive
and a 3.5-inch diskette drive already
installed.
2.3.1 Installing and Removing a 3.5-inch Storage
Device
The housing comes with a drive guide for installing 3.5-inch storage devices.
To install a 3.5-inch storage device:
1. Open the front panel door and remove the left panel. See section 2.2 for more
information on opening the housing panels.
