Parameter Description Possible Values
Mode The TD (Traffic Descriptor) working mode:
• Scheduling –the TD works according to preset
scheduling and in Unshaped mode
• Scheduling & Shaping – the TD works according
to preset scheduling and in Shaped mode
•
Policing –the TD works according to preset ATM
policing.
Note:
•
The Shaped mode cannot be configured for the
UBR service category.
• The Unshaped mode cannot be configured for
the VBR1 and UBR+ service categories.
•
The Policing mode cannot be configured for the
UBR, UBR+ and CBR-CES service categories.
• The mode cannot be change on the fly.
