Change video quality
Change the value at QUALITY to 2 for normal, to 1 for good and to 0 for very good
quality. (The lower the quality, the smaller the file size)
Change the (EV/LV) light value
Change the EV value if required: (0=2.0, 1=1.6, 2=1.3, 3=1.0, 4=0.6, 5=0.3, 6=0.0,
7=-0.3, 8=-0.6, 9=-1.0, 10=-1.3, 11=-1.6, 12=-2.0).
It is recommended that the light value is corrected downwards in light/sunny
environments and upwards in dark/foggy environments.
Change definition
Change the value at SHARPNESS to 2 for soft, to 1 for normal and to 0 for extremely
sharp recordings.
Change the white balance setting
Change the value at WHITE_BALANCE to 0 in order to automate the white balance.
1 corresponds to the ideal conditions for recordings during daylight, 2 is suitable for
foggy environments. 3 corresponds to “Wolfram” and is best used for inside
recordings. 4 corrects shadows in fluorescent light (the same applies for inside
recordings).
Change light frequency
Change the value at LIGHT_FREQ to 0 for 50 or 1 for 50Hz.
Resetting
Change the value at DEFAULT_SETTING to 1 in order to ignore all other settings and
to restore ACE VIEW to the factory settings.
App overview
The app is called

Store) and can be downloaded for free.
Features
- Live preview: A live preview icon is located on the home screen of the app.
- Download: You can download the files on the micro SD card using the
download icon.
- Overview: Local recordings can be viewed on your telephone using the media
icon.
- Share recordings: You can share videos over various social networks using the
edit icon (in the upper right of the home screen).
- Change settings: In the bottom right of the home screen you will find the icon
that enables you to gain access to the settings menu. This is where you can
change video quality, the recording volume and various other values or
correctly format your micro SD card.
Wi-Fi pairing
In order to use Wi-Fi you will need the app (see above).
Press the Wi-Fi button down on ACE View for one second. Ensure that Wi-Fi is
switched on your smart phone.
Connect your device with the E7 network (password: 12345678).
Open the app. If the Wi-Fi icon is displayed ACE View has connected correctly with
your smart phone.
