1. What type of battery does the device use?
A high-quality sealed lead acid battery.
2. Which appliances can the device power?
The GUARD series UPS provides power for sensitive electronic devices such as
desktop computers, networking devices, workstations, and home entertainment
systems.
3. Can I plug large loads exceeding the UPS rating into the outlets?
It is highly recommended to size the UPS and optimize the connected loads. If the
UPS is overloaded, it will automatically shut down and you won’t be able to use it
until you reduce the load below 100% power capacity.
4. How to clean the device?
Remove dust or dirt by gently wiping it with a dry, soft, clean cloth or paper towel.
5. How to store the device?
Before storing, please charge the battery up to 80%, turn off the device, and then
store it in a dry, ventilated place at room temperature. Do not place it near water
sources. For long-term storage, please charge the device once per month to
extend its battery life.
