5.6 File types and recorded data.

The Software automatically saves *.csv files for each recording.

The CSV file is in a standard format which will open in almost any software
package (e.g. Excel, Word, Notepad etc). This file contains all the Start and Finish
information along with all the recorded data in an easy to read layout.

Recorded Data is stored in:
C:\abtus\recorded data\ROUTESCAN

Target Pole

The target pole is an optional accessory for RouteScan. It allows the
measurement of points that cannot be ‘seen’ directly by the laser, such as the
gauge corner of the rail on an adjacent track.

It is comprised of:
