RECOVERY
Once you have trained for a while, and want to run a test form function, select RECOVERY.
When a button pressed, you continue to stay on the bike. All features in the display will stop
except "Time". The time will start counting down from 00:60 until 00:00. The display will give an
indication of your physical condition, graded from F1 - F1 to F6 which is best, and F6 is the worst.
NOTE
If the display has not been used for 4 min, it will automatically turn off.
The data will then be stored in memory.
The display starts to work when you start pedalling or press any buttons.
If the display becomes invisible / unstable, reinstall the batteries in the computer.
Batteries 4 x 1.5 V batteries or plug in the adapter by the bike's rear stabilizer.
