GEWA Settings app
Settings can be changed in the GEWA Settings application. A menu is shown for the
available settings:
Scanning settings
Point scanning speed The speed of the crosshair when it moves across the
screen, first vertically then horizontally (1-20, default 5)
Row scanning speed The time each object is selected when scanning through
all objects on the screen (0.1-2 sec, default 1 sec)
Initial scanning delay The delay before the scanning leaves the first item after
pressing on the switch (0.0-10.0 sec, default 0.5 sec)
Longpress menu
delay The time you need to press the switch before the
Longpress menu is shown (1.0-5.0 sec, default 2.5 sec)
No Click menu if
single action Hides the Click menu if the selected object has Tap
functionality only (default: Enabled)
Phone settings
Quick settings for scanning users, e.g. volume, brightness and timeout.
Phone volume Media volume
– the volume for music, etc.
Alarm volume
– the volume for alarm signals
Notification volume
– the volume for notifications from
SMS, apps, etc.
System volume
– volume on or off (except alarm volume).
Ringtone volume
– the volume when the phone is ringing
Auto Screen
brightness Let the phone automatically adjust the screen's
brightness based on ambient lighting
Screen brightness Adjust the screen's brightness manually (0-8)
Screen timeout Adjust the time before the screen switches off after
inactivity
Screen on while
charging Prevent the screen going to timeout when the phone is
charging
