9.4 Replacing the wire spool

9.5 Replacing the pressure roll

Open the cover.

Squeeze the wire spool fastener and remove from
the wire mandrel.

Remove the wire spool.

Replace the wire spool and place on the mandrel.
Ensure that the nipple hole is correctly seated on
the mandrel.

Squeeze the wire spool fastener and place it on
the mandrel.

If the wire spool lags following replacement, perform
the following step:

Loosen and adjust the Allen screw. The wire spool
must unroll smoothly.

Open the cover.

Open the clamp lever outward.

Open the rocker arm.
