If safety devices (e.g., emergency stop switch) are not used , a jumper between terminal clamps A and B as well as
between C and D must be integrated; or sliding switches E and F must be switched to the ON position.
If safety devices (e.g., emergency stop switch) are used , sliding switches E and F must be switched to the OFF position.
The safety device must connect clamps A and B (24-V operating voltage) and clamps C and D (GND) in operating mode.

1 Green On “Start+” signal is active

2 Green On “Start+” signal is active

3 Orange On “Ready” output is active

4 Green On “S3 collet is closed” end switch was tripped
Off “S3 collet is closed” end switch was not tripped
5 Green On “S4 stroke cylinder is up” end switch was tripped
Off “S4 stroke cylinder is up” end switch was not tripped
6 Green On “S1 stroke cylinder is down” end switch was tripped
Off “S1 stroke cylinder is down” end switch was not tripped
7 Green On “S2 collet is open” end switch was tripped
Off “S2 collet is open” end switch was not tripped
8 Orange On “Y2 close clamping cylinder and motor on” output is active
Off “Y2 close clamping cylinder and motor on” output is not active
