A 6 Putting into operation
5.4 Hose assembly
The air-cooled hose assembly provides the welding torch will all components
required for welding such as welding current, shielding gas and air.
6 Putting into operation
6.1 Equipping the ABIROB
®
A torch neck
1 Screw the replaceable tip adaptor (3) into the torch neck (4) and tighten it
using the adjustable spanner (8) .
2 Screw the contact tip (2) into the tip adaptor (3) and tighten it using an
adjustable spanner (8) .
3 Screw the gas nozzle (1) by hand on the tip adaptor (3) .
4 Insert the torch neck (4) all the way into the connecting module (6) .
DANGER
Risk of injury due to unexpected start-up.
For the entire duration of maintenance, servicing, dismounting and repair
work, the following instructions must be adhered to:
• Switch off the power supply.
• Cut off the compressed air supply.
• Pull the mains plug.
