The St. Jude Medical™ Patient Controller application 
(Model 3875) allows you to view, select, and control 
the programs that your physician has prescribed. The 
St. Jude Medical™ Patient Controller communicates 
wirelessly with the generator. 

NOTE: In this document, the term "patient 
controller" refers to the St. Jude Medical™ 
Patient Controller device and "patient 
controller app" refers to the 
St. Jude Medical™ Patient Controller
