VP - 3.14 Pusher Arm to Platen Check
Purpose: Perform this procedure to verify the X-Axis Pusher Arms are aligned in the Platen Wall

Figure 3-23 .
1. Put Sample Loader in Manual Mode.
a. Press and Hold MAN and START.
b. Turn Power ON, hold keys down until BEEPING stops.
2. Press Y key on Loader Keyboard until Pusher Arms are retracted.
3. Pusher head must be flush or, in the case of E and F Loaders, recessed approximately 1/2 of
platen wall thickness ( Figure 3-23 ).
4. Pusher head should be approximately centered in platen wall cutout ( Figure 3-23 ).
• If Check is OK, go to “VP - 3.16 X-Axis Solenoid to Rack Guide Check” (Page 3-55) .
• If Check Fails, go to “VP - 3.15 Pusher Arm to Platen Adjustment” (Page 3-53) .
